Zhao Bin
Assistant General Manager
Mr. Zhao Bin was appointed as Assistant General Manager of Hutchison Laemchabang Terminal Limited in January 2026.
From 2009 to 2013, he was responsible for oil product retail and human resource management in Sinopec.
From 2013 to 2023, he worked in China Shipping & Sinopec Suppliers Co., Ltd. Where he was responsible for business management, marketing, general affairs management, and oil product procurement.
From 2023 to 2025, he served as Deputy General Manager in Wuhan COSCO Shipping Port Terminal Co., Ltd., primarily assisting the General Manager in overseeing human resources, general affairs, procurement, and safety and environmental protection.
Mr. Zhao holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sun Yat-sen University.
