On September 13, 2022, Hutchison Ports Thailand (HPT) held an annual CSR activity, ‘Green School 2022’, at Banklongpring School, a primary school located in Kaset Suwan, Bo Thong, Chonburi province, Thailand. The annual CSR activity consists of offering sponsor scholarships, improving the school’s facilities, creating a green space, and planting various trees with the students.
Additionally, employees of HPT and students from the Faculty of International Maritime Studies of Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus worked together to upcycle items that were given to the school. This portion of the CSR activity aimed to encourage waste minimization and create environmental awareness to promote sustainability.
